To reach net zero in 2050, we need to remove 5-10 GT of CO2 each year.

Biocarbon is one of the most efficient way to do so as one ton of biocarbon captures 2.5 tons of CO2. It is also easily traceable and measurable.

The IPCC estimates that biocarbon alone can remove up to 2.6 GT of CO2 annually by 2050.
